Each person that comes will receive a 2 week pass along with a training session from me (Sacha). Our first Monday session will be on
  • Monday 14th September at 7pm

I am a Certified personal trainer through AFAA and my goal is to help you get started on your fitness and wellness journey.

I will be communicating back and forth with everyone, to check on your progress. I ask that everyone bring a notebook with them too.
